The Forum brings together government representatives, investors, leading developers, construction
companies, real estate professionals and business media from Indonesia, China, Singapore and Hong Kong .
It is held with the support of the Indonesian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (KADIN Indonesia,
Kamar Dagang dan Industri Indonesia), with China Construction Group as the Forum's General Partner.
Architecture takes centre stage. The Forum presents a new generation of Bali architecture: sculptural
façades printed in concrete, layer by layer, by robots. Two five-star wellness developments in Uluwatu,
ICONIC Living Resort and Five Stars Wellness Resort Manta Livin Uluwatu, are built using 3D Concrete
Printing (3DCP) technology by LEGENDS 3D. The same technology, together with an aluminium formwork
system, is now available to developers and villa owners in Bali through China Construction Group's localfactory.
KADIN Indonesia brings more than institutional support to the Forum. Its leadership joins in person, and
the main stage hosts the signing of contracts for the construction of the first 1,000 urban homes for low-income families. The project is part of the national development program led by the Government and the President of Indonesia and integrates an urban farming concept developed by Mrs. Devi Erna Rachmawati, Chairwoman of the Indonesian-Eurasian International Council (IEIC) and Vice Chairman of the Agriculture Sector at KADIN Indonesia. Chinese investment and construction technology, Indonesian

In mid-2026, Chinese partners invested more than US$20 million in a new large-scale precast concrete
panel factory and production ecosystem in Bali, in partnership with China Construction Group. The
structure brings together Fang Zheng Jing Dao Factory, Bali's first precast concrete panel factory, Cosmo
Home and LEGENDS 3D, creating an integrated ecosystem covering technology, production,constructionand the full project cycle.
The investment goes beyond construction. It pairs Chinese technology with Indonesian partners,
contractors and local specialists, and channels advanced solutions, including aluminium formwork systems
and 3DCP, into national programs initiated by the Government and the President of Indonesia, starting
with affordable urban housing.
Architecture Spotlight: ICONIC Living Resort and Five Stars Wellness Resort
Manta Livin Uluwatu
ICONIC Living Resort is a visionary four-stage development spanning 3.5 hectares, presented as the
world's first five-star wellness resort on an ocean cliff. Its signature is a flowing, organic 3D-printed concrete façade, a form that conventional formwork would make costly or impractical to build.Five Stars Wellness Resort Manta Livin Uluwatu is a five-star wellness resort concept designed around the
harmony of nature, technology and human wellbeing. Set on a private premium site in South Uluwatu,
close to Nyang Nyang Beach and the Indian Ocean, it is planned as a 2.5-hectare ecosystem inspired by
four elements: Water, Land, Fire and Air. The first stage of the master plan includes Shell Villas, Haven
Villas, Delmar Villas and apartments, creating a mix of private residences and hospitality spaces. The

Fang Zheng Jing Dao, Bali's first precast concrete panel factory, brings an aluminium formwork system
which, according to the group, completes one floor in 4 days instead of the usual 21. Cosmo Home covers
the supply chain, furniture and finishing materials for the full interior. Together with LEGENDS 3D, they
allow a developer to source structure, façade, formwork and interiors from a single local group.
