FTP Universitas Jember dan UD. Waroeng Kopi Kayumas Situbondo Teken PKS, Wujudkan Kampus Berdampak Lewat Penguatan Industri KopiJEMBER, Jawa Timur.10 Agustus 2026 – Fakultas Teknologi Pertanian Universitas Jember atau FTP Unej menjalin kerja sama resmi dengan UD. Waroeng Kopi Kayumas, Situbondo. Penandatanganan Perjanjian Kerja Sama atau PKS dilakukan hari ini di Kampus Tegalboto, Jember.PKS bernomor *4397/DST/UN25.B7/KS/2026* dan *011/WKK/VIII/2026* ini ditandatangani oleh *Dr. Ir. Sri Wahyuningsih, S.P., M.T., IPM., ASEAN Eng.* selaku Dekan FTP Unej dan *Didik Suryadi* selaku Pimpinan UD. Waroeng Kopi Kayumas.Kerja sama ini menjadi langkah nyata implementasi Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi dan program Kampus Berdampak. FTP Unej sebagai institusi pendidikan, penelitian, dan pengabdian di bidang teknologi pertanian menggandeng pelaku industri kopi lokal untuk mengoptimalkan potensi Kopi Kayumas, komoditas unggulan Kabupaten Situbondo.*5 Fokus Utama Kerja Sama:*1. *Kampus Berdampak*: Pelaksanaan Magang Industri, PKL, dan Riset Tugas Akhir mahasiswa FTP Unej di Waroeng Kopi Kayumas.2. *Joint Research*: Penelitian bersama terkait efisiensi pascapanen, teknik sangrai, kontrol kualitas, hingga diversifikasi produk kopi.3. *Pengabdian Masyarakat*: Pendampingan teknis, otomatisasi proses, dan fasilitasi sertifikasi mutu bagi industri.4. *Penguatan SDM*: Kuliah tamu, sharing session industri, dan pelatihan bagi dosen, mahasiswa, dan karyawan.5. *Pemanfaatan Fasilitas*: Akses laboratorium FTP Unej untuk uji mutu dan penggunaan fasilitas produksi sebagai living laboratory.“Melalui PKS ini kami ingin menjembatani ilmu di kampus dengan kebutuhan riil industri. Harapannya, mutu Kopi Kayumas meningkat, proses lebih efisien, dan mahasiswa punya pengalaman langsung di dunia usaha,” ujar *Dr. Sri Wahyuningsih*.Senada, *Didik Suryadi* menyampaikan bahwa kolaborasi ini sangat dibutuhkan industri,“Kami butuh dukungan riset dan SDM terdidik untuk naik kelas.
